I'm so glad you found your way here.

Whether you're in your twenties, trying to figure life out, a teen working through ups and downs, or a parent wanting support for your child, you're not alone.

I’m here to offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you (or your child) can feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. My work focuses on helping young adults, teens, and kids build the tools they need to feel more confident, calm, and connected.

For Young Adults+ College students + Teens: Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our sessions will be tailored to you and what you’re going through—whether that’s anxiety, life transitions, or just needing a space to sort things out.

For Children: I use play-based, kid-friendly approaches to help younger ones express themselves in ways that feel natural. I also connect with parents throughout the process, offering guidance and support, as needed.

Wherever you or your child are on the journey, I’m here to walk beside you with curiosity, care, and compassion.

Let’s take the next step—together. More information below,

Individual Therapy

(young adults, college students, and adolescents)

$175

In our 45–50 minute one-on-one sessions, you’ll enter a grounded and supportive space to gently explore your inner world—your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—with curiosity and compassion. Rooted in mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our work focuses on helping you connect more deeply to yourself, not just “fix” symptoms.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, self-doubt, stress, relationships, or life transitions, we’ll work together to build tools for emotional resilience, values-based living, and a stronger sense of self-worth.

These sessions are about more than coping—they’re about learning to turn inward with kindness, make space for your full experience, and create a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you truly are. You don’t have to do this alone.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Therapy for children

(Children 10 and above)

$175

In our 45–50 minute play therapy sessions, your child will enter a warm, compassionate space where play becomes their language for healing, exploration, and growth. Grounded in mindfulness and developmentally sensitive practices, I use a blend of non-directive and directive play therapy to meet each child where they are.

Through creative expression, games, and guided activities, children are invited to process emotions, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthy coping strategies—all at their own pace and in ways that feel intuitive to them.

With gentle support, your child can deepen self-awareness, strengthen self-esteem, and begin to make sense of their inner world—often in ways that talking alone can't reach.

Because play is a child’s language, and healing begins when they feel understood.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Group Therapy

The Art of Mindful Dressing: Open to girls ages 13 to 17, this group helps develop mindfulness skills and acceptance-based self-talk through an exciting new practice known as Mindful Dressing, shifting the focus of routines to self-care rather than self-comparison.

Schedule: Monday evenings from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm beginning TBD

Cost: $75 per session. Reduced rates are available based on need.
