I'm so glad you found your way here!

Whether you're in your twenties, trying to figure life out, or a teen working through ups and downs, you’re not alone.

Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our sessions will be tailored to you and what you’re going through—whether that’s anxiety, body image, self-worth, life transitions, or just needing a space to sort things out.

Let’s take the next step—together. More information below,

Individual Therapy

(young adults, college students, and adolescents)

$175

In our 45–50 minute sessions, we’ll start with getting to know you—what brings you in, what you’re navigating, and what feels most important right now. From there, the work is tailored to your needs and paced in a way that feels steady and supportive.

Grounded in mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our focus is on helping you build awareness of your inner world, make space for difficult thoughts and emotions, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Over time, sessions center on understanding patterns, strengthening emotional resilience, and supporting you in moving toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and self-honoring.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Therapy for pre teens

(Children 10 and above)

$175

In our 45–50 minute sessions with pre-teens, we begin by building comfort and trust—getting to know who they are, what’s going on in their world, and what feels hard or confusing right now. Sessions are paced gently and adapted to their developmental stage, with space for both talking and other ways of expressing themselves.

Grounded in mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the focus is on helping pre-teens notice and understand their thoughts and feelings, learn tools for navigating big emotions, and build a stronger sense of self and confidence in who they are.

Over time, therapy supports them in developing emotional awareness, coping skills, and a more flexible, compassionate relationship with themselves—while also strengthening their ability to handle stress, friendships, school pressures, and life changes.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Group Therapy

The Art of Mindful Dressing: Open to girls ages 13 to 17, this group helps develop mindfulness skills and acceptance-based self-talk through an exciting new practice known as Mindful Dressing, shifting the focus of routines to self-care rather than self-comparison.
